Your keys, your recovery words, your wallet's history and your website connections are stored only on this iPhone. Klimper keeps them out of iCloud and out of device backups. If you turn it on, Klimper uses Face ID to confirm payments and to show your recovery words. iOS does the check. Klimper only learns "yes" or "no". Klimper uses the camera only to read QR codes, such as an address or a website's connect code. It reads the code and nothing else. A wallet has to go online. Every server Klimper talks to sees your IP address, like any website you visit. This is the full list, and what each one gets.Eine Wallet muss online gehen. • The Chia network. Computers run by other people all over the world. To find your money, Klimper asks them about your wallet's addresses and coins. When you pay, it sends them your payment. • Dexie, for token names. Klimper loads the list of token names and pictures from dexie.space. When a token you have not seen before arrives, it asks for that token's name.Dexie, für Token-Namen. • Websites you connect. Only after you scan a website's code and confirm. Klimper checks the website's own key file on its domain, when you connect and again about once a day. Messages go through a relay that the website picks. They are end-to-end encrypted: the relay cannot read them. The website gets what it asks for and you allow: your wallet's addresses, its balance and coins, and the payments you approve. You can end a connection at any time.Websites, die du verbindest. • Links you tap. A link such as "View on mempoolxch.space" or "Use my Clap and Pay money" opens in your browser. That site then sees your visit, as with any link.Links, die du antippst. Notifications are off until you say yes. Klimper asks once, after you connect your first website. They only tell you that a website is waiting for you.Mitteilungen sind aus, bis du ja sagst. If you say yes, Apple gives Klimper a push token: a code that lets Apple reach this phone. Klimper locks it so that only our push service, push.clapandpay.com, can open it, and gives the locked token to the website's relay. The relay keeps it for at most 90 days, and each connection gets a new one, so the relay cannot tell that two connections are the same phone. When the website sends you a request, the relay asks push.clapandpay.com, which opens the token and asks Apple to wake Klimper. The notification carries nothing about you or the request.Wenn du ja sagst, gibt Apple Klimper einen Push-Token: einen Code, mit dem Apple dieses Handy erreicht. Say no, and connections still work, but only while Klimper is open. You can change it any time in the iPhone's Settings, under Klimper, Notifications.Sagst du nein, funktionieren Verbindungen trotzdem, aber nur, solange Klimper offen ist.
